You can use mechanical or digital thermometers. What is important is that it displays 2 digits after the decimal point.

Please change your thermometer every year! It becomes less reliable after that point in time.
Which body observations do I need to enter?
If you are using Lady Cycle conception, you need to enter the following data:
Basal body temperature: waking temperature
Cervical mucus: appearance and sensation
