Your cycle regularity is determined via the standard deviation of your cycle duration. The smaller this value, the more regular is your cycle duration. The longer it is, the less regular.
The more cycles you enter into Lady Cycle the more reliable the computation of this number will become.

You simply have to swipe to the cycle sheet, then select the cycle where you would want to analyse manually, then click on the button on the top right and on manually adjust end day of my fertile period indianpharmall.com.
Then you can just enter the date, where you want the fertile period in the middle of the cycle to end.
You can switch back to automated determination for this cycle by simply resetting your entry.
We implemented the symptothermal method developed by an international group of scientists in Europe. This method combines your basal body temperature entries with your cervical mucus entries or with your cervix characteristics to determine your fertility state. If based on cervical mucus or cervix characteristics you could still be fertile, Lady Cycle will still show you as fertile.
You can also determine the end of the fertile period manually, if you would like to use a different method (see corresponding question in the section Android App).
